Hearing Aid Repairs

Directions:

Call us first! It may be something that you can correct on your own.
If not, we will be more than happy to repair it for you!

Fill out the repair form include your full name, return address, and phone number.
(Write or type neatly please.)            

If you feel it necessary, leave a note inside, describing what seems to be wrong with your hearing aid(s).

Enclose a Cashier’s Check or Money Order for repair.
($125.00 for one hearing aid) and shipping ($5.00 for Priority and $20.00 for Express).

We will always call
before repairing your hearing aid(s) to let you know what needs to be fixed, how much it will cost, and the length of your warranty, if it applies.

Packaging

• Package your hearing aid(s) in bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Make sure that it will not break traveling through the postal service.

Shipping Instructions:

Normal turn around time - 5-7 Business Days (Priority shipping - $5 extra)
• Go to the Post Office and put your packaged hearing aid(s) in a Priority Shipping
bag, with a delivery confirmation slip. Delivery confirmation allows you to track your
package, if, in the unlikely event any problems should occur.
• We will send your repaired hearing aid(s) back to the provided return address via
Priority Shipping unless otherwise noted on the repair form.

Accelerated turn around time - 3-5 Business Days (Overnight shipping - $20 extra)
• Go to the Post Office and put your packaged hearing aid(s) in an Express Shipping
bag, which includes $100 insurance and delivery confirmation in the unlikely event any
problems should occur.
• We will send your repaired hearing aid(s) back to the provided return address via
Express Shipping unless otherwise noted on the repair form.

 

* Please note: If your hearing aid(s) need additional attention, we will contact you with the time it will take and any additional costs involved.

* Please note: We are not responsible for lost hearing aids or any damage caused by the Postal Service (Although if you follow our instructions, it is highly unlikely any damage or loss will occur). The Postal Service provides insurance for an additional charge.
