Question: What is hearing loss?

Question: How do I know if I have a hearing loss?
Answer: Ask your spouse or a loved one! Usually you are the last one to know about your hearing loss. Your family and friends likely will have noticed a steady decline in your responses and participation in conversations. Some of the first signs of hearing loss are:
  - Tiredness at the end of the day
  - Missing the punch line
  - Having trouble understanding conversations in small groups with women, and with children.

Hearing Aids

Question: I know I have a hearing loss, what is the process to correct it?
Answer: First we will perform a FREE hearing test to verify your deficiencies at each frequency. Then we will show you your options depending on:
   - The severity of your hearing loss,
   - Your aesthetic preferences,
   - Your financial concerns,
   - and the size of your ear canal.
If we find that the best hearing system for your particular situation is a custom style unit (CIC, ITC, ITE, BTE), we will take impressions of your ears, and you can have them NEXT DAY!
Or...if we find that the best hearing system for your particular situation is one of our exclusive, nearly invisible SeboTek hearing systems, you can walk out the door with them!!
Total, the process normally takes about an hour or less, from beginning to end!

Question: Why don’t my friends who have hearing devices wear them?
Answer: While we can’t speak for your friends, most difficulties can be overcome easily with the right hearing system and a highly experienced staff on your better hearing team. Most people that fit hearing aids see the fitting process as a sales event. Because we are a family operation, we see it as an adoption process! Fabulous Hearing

Question: Fabulous Hearing has a factory in-house, how does that help me?
Answer: Most hearing aid companies say they have an in-house lab, but if your hearing aids need more than a cleaning, they “send them to the factory.” Sending a hearing aid to the “factory” normally takes two to four weeks until you can hear again! At Fabulous Hearing we believe time is one of your most valuable assets! That is why we have a “real” in-house lab, most times you can walk out with your repaired or new hearing aids same day!!

Question: I need my hearing aid repaired but I live too far away from your office,
                 what are my options?

Question: I need my hearing aid repaired today, how long does it take to repair a
                 hearing aid?

Answer: Most repairs can be completed while you wait! Come in today for a FREE diagnostic evaluation of your existing hearing aids!

Question: I live too far away from your office, (or) I cannot come to your office,
                 can you come to me?

Answer: Absolutely! We are pleased to offer FREE in-home hearing tests to the greater San Diego, and Las Vegas areas!
